On the opening day of IBTM World 2019, Lucy Bloom took to our stage in Theatre 1. She stood there as an experienced speaker, leader and author, and delivered a session on how to do business differently.

In it, she explored the four key skills you need to succeed at business (courage, kindness, optimism and fun), chased squirrels, and provided a bucket-load of fantastic anecdotes from her life and business.
