IBTM World, which will take place in Barcelona from 29 November to 1 December, will this year focus on culture creation as its theme, bringing together attendees to explore how different cultures can create limitless potential for events. Join The Singapore Tourism Board and 18 co-exhibitors for an exclusive cocktail and canapé reception on day two of IBTM World. During the hour-long reception, cocktails will be prepared by Vijay Mudaliar of Native Bar Singapore, and co-owner of Native and Analogue, two successful bars in Singapore. Analogue just debuted at number 65 on the World’s Top Bars and was also crowned Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2022.
His passion is on reimagining what the cocktail scene in Singapore means and he champions the use of local and regional products, advocates sustainable practices and presents a unique storytelling approach to cocktails. Canapés will accompany the cocktails offering a true flavour of the destination. A prize draw will offer all attendees the opportunity to win an extraordinary stay in Singapore, with return flights from any Singapore Airlines European Hub included!

The IBTM World Stand Awards will take place again this year on Wednesday 30th November, with an extra two categories. This year awards will go to the Best Stand Design; Best Large Stand Design; Best Features and Attractions; Best Culture-based Campaign; and Best Stand Personnel.
Convention Bureau Roma e Lazio will be taking over IBTM World’s official Club Night at Club Opium this year. Renowned DJs will take to the decks, and Rome will provide giveaways to attendees. Don’t forget to soak up the atmosphere during Networking Hour on Wednesday 30th from 6pm until 7pm. The show floor transforms into a riot of diverse cultural colour and fun as exhibitors bring out all the stops to showcase their destinations.
